That (if I was a Police Person) would be the message from NYS to me. You can't put most holds on a criminal anymore. Might as well let them run off if they won't stop.
Done with the hate. I just want to post what I feel is fun, pop , and just everyday life. No more of this bringing the crazy out of the woodwork for me. I still like the smoking kid....he stays.
